Booking Policy

 

Guest Policies:

  • Your Booking will be confirmed after receiving 100% advance payment in our account within 72 hours.

  • Bank details will be provided at the end of the booking process and in UNPAID voucher.

  • Contact number, address and other details of guest's are necessary to provide for reservations.

 

Follow Techniques For Reservation :

  • Reserve your booking and block the rooms through our official booking system. Complete Address and Contact details are mandatory to complete the reservation process.

  • Reservations Confirmed on 100% advance payment.

  • Booking will be cancelled automatically non receipt of advance payment.

Cancellations / Amendments :

In case of cancellation or amendments of bookings for any reason, the percentage of total booking amount mentioned as below will be deducted from advance/ will have to be paid in case the advance has not been deposited. In case of any partial payment, the amount is non-refundable and cancellation policy will not apply. 
 

  • After Check IN to resort if any cancellation for same day or next day guests has to pay the full amount as per the current tariff.
  • Less than 15 days or No Show – NO REFUND
  • Less than 20 days of Check-in date – 50% REFUND
  • Less than 30 days of Check-in date – 70% REFUND
  • Less than 40 days of Check-in date – 80% REFUND

Refund Policy: As we will get written cancellation request from registered guests, refund process will complete within 7-10 working days through Bank Transfer. Registered Guests have to have to provide activated Bank Detail and our account team will initiate refund process accordingly.

  • Alcohol is not served at the resort and consumption is not permissible to the resort premises.

  • To avoid disaster kindly avoid smoking.

  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.

Children Stays :


Children below 5 years stay complimentary with parents without extra bed . Above 5 years shall be count as an extra person.

  • A Double Bed Bhunga (Mud Hut) occupies One Double Bed and sleeps maximum 2 + 1extra bed.

  • A Double Bed Eco Friendly Tent occupies One Double Bed and sleeps maximum 2 +1 extra bed.
